Returns & Refunds Policy

At ALOW Gallery, all artworks, prints, and frames are made or prepared to order, and each item is created or curated with great care. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the rare event that your artwork or print arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wesellprints.com.au with photos of the damage. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Please retain all packaging until your issue has been resolved, as we may require the item to be returned for inspection.
Original Artworks
All original artwork sales are final. ALOW Gallery acts as an intermediary for artists, and returns or exchanges cannot be accepted once a sale is complete.
