Shipping Information

At ALOW Gallery, we take great care in packaging and shipping your artwork to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. All orders are shipped with tracking through Australia Post or trusted courier partners such as TNT and other specialist art carriers.

Domestic & International Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders within Australia and worldwide. Prices vary depending on destination and item size.

Each piece is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. Domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, while international orders are sent via trackable postal or freight services.

Processing & Delivery Times

Fine Art Prints (Unframed):
All prints are made to order. Please allow up to 7 business days for printing and dispatch within Australia.

Framed Prints:
Unless in stock at the gallery, framed prints are custom-made and require additional production time. Please allow up to 3 weeks for framing and dispatch within Australia.

Original Artworks:
For artworks currently on display or available in the gallery, shipping typically occurs within 3–5 business days of purchase.

If an artwork is part of an ongoing exhibition, shipping will occur after the exhibition concludes unless otherwise arranged.

International Orders

We currently ship select items internationally. Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery, depending on location and customs clearance times.

All international orders are shipped as unframed prints only to ensure safe and cost-effective delivery.

U.S. Orders – Import Tariffs (Delivered Duty Paid)

All shipments to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
This means ALOW Gallery pre-pays applicable U.S. import tariffs and administrative fees (10% + handling) to ensure your artwork clears customs smoothly and arrives without any surprise charges.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you with the exact tariff amount and a secure payment link. Once payment is received, your order will be prepared and shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all other international destinations (outside the U.S.), orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once the parcel reaches its destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
ALOW Gallery cannot predict or control these fees and is not responsible for any delays or additional costs resulting from customs clearance.

We are unable to mark international orders as gifts or undervalue items, as this is a legal violation.

Packaging

Every order is securely packaged to prevent damage:

  • Prints are shipped flat or rolled in protective tubes.

  • Framed works and originals are professionally wrapped and cushioned using art-safe materials.

  • Insurance is included on all shipments to cover loss or damage in transit.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active.
