Our website is hosted on Squarespace Inc., which provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 5 – Products, Artwork & Services
Certain artworks, prints, or collectable items may be available exclusively online or in limited quantities. These items are subject to our Return Policy.
We make every effort to display accurate colours and images of artworks and products. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right to limit sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
Descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change without notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.

Section 15 – Gallery Hire Terms
1. Bookings & Payment
Full payment is required to secure your booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid bookings.
2. Hire Packages & Access
Our hire options include Basic, Premium, and Workshop packages, as detailed on our website and gallery documentation.
Standard access is provided for setup from 10am on the day of hire and for pack down between 10am–2pm the following day (for single-night events).
For multi-day or weekly hires, access times and staffing options are outlined in your hire agreement.
3. Cleaning & Maintenance
A mandatory cleaning fee applies to all hires. The space must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the venue requires extra time to restore to its original state.
4. Damage & Liability
The hirer is responsible for any damage to property, walls, equipment, or fixtures caused during the hire period. Any damage will incur repair or replacement costs.
ALOW Gallery accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to any artwork, personal belongings, or hired equipment brought onto the premises.
5. Insurance & Compliance
All hirers must comply with applicable safety and legal requirements during events.
ALOW Gallery holds Public Liability Insurance; however, hirers are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage for artwork, merchandise, or event-specific liabilities.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing.
More than 30 days’ notice: 75% refund of hire fee.
14–30 days’ notice: 50% refund of hire fee.
Less than 14 days’ notice: No refund of hire fee.
Cleaning fees will be refunded in full if cancellation occurs before the event date.
7. Event Conduct
All events must conclude by 9pm unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No smoking is permitted inside the premises.
Noise levels must be maintained in accordance with Gold Coast City Council regulations.
8. Catering, Alcohol & Staffing
Hire fees exclude catering, glassware, service staff, or security.
Alcohol service must comply with Queensland liquor licensing laws, and the hirer assumes all responsibility for adherence to these requirements.
9. Marketing & Promotion
ALOW Gallery reserves the right to document and promote exhibitions and events held in the space through photography, video, and social media, unless otherwise requested in writing by the hirer.
10. Termination of Hire
We reserve the right to terminate any event or hire arrangement immediately if the hirer breaches these terms, engages in unlawful conduct, or endangers staff, guests, or property.
